About this apartment
The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. Industrial aesthetics flat maintaining original elements of its structure such as the roof, wooden beams, exposed brick walls, in addition to original wooden doors. There is also a contemporary bathroom and newly refurbished kitchen. There are two double bedrooms, two single bedrooms and in the living room two single sofa beds. The bathroom is equipped with a shower. The kitchen is fully equipped and with a natural wood worktop. There is also a large terrace balcony which can be enjoyed on sunny days. This apartment is located in a building catalogued by its historical beauty of the late nineteenth century called Les Cases Dels Cargols. According to the legend, A humble neighborhood of the area went to look for snails to the mountain of Montjuic and in the course of the search found a treasure with a great amount of money and jewels with which to build this emblematic building of Barcelona and in which the snails adorn its facade. Pets are allowed. Price per month: 60 €. There is a deposit to be paid in card upon arrival of 500 €. This is in case the pet would cause damage. Pictures of furniture will be taken on the check-in day so to compare with the check-out day. 4.- If the day of departure (which is at 10 am) the apartment is not tidy, a cleaning supplement of €30 will be charged. 5.- There is an alarm system in the property. It doesn't register anything. SECURITY label. 6.- You must call 30 minutes before arrival so that someone is waiting for you. If you don't call, we won't be able to get there on time. 7.- For stays of 2 to 31 nights (short stays) there is a tourist tax of €4 per person (adults only) per night. Maximum 7 nights. If you book more nights (example: 11 nights, we only charge 7). --> At what time do you arrive?
